Scott,

I am writing this letter to commend the actions of your employee, Mike Anning, for the level of service that he has extended to me in dealing with the service department at Poulsbo RV.

I have dealt with him directly on 3 notable occasions for some serious rv repair issues, and his attitude is never reluctant or hesitant, and is always “what can I do to help you”.

On one occasion last year, I brought my Fleetwood Discovery in for some major work in which the kitchen cabinets were pulling away from the inside wall. The issue arose during the warranty period, however, I was unable to bring it in until after the 1 year warranty period had finished. When I brought it in to Mike to have it repaired I expected to have pay for the repairs out of pocket, but Mike said “let me see what I can do”. I was then pleasantly surprised when Mike called and said he was able to get Fleetwood to cover the full repair.

On another occasion earlier this year, my Discovery was broken into and the locks were removed from the entry door and there was no way to secure the coach. I called Mike and was expecting him to say service was full and I’d have to wait a number of weeks before I could get it in, but he said he would make room and was quick to arrange for me to bring it in. He dealt completely with my insurance company and everything was handled quickly and hassle-free.

On the last occasion, our Discovery was broken into for a second time and when I called Mike, he was as efficient as he was on the previous occasions. He arranged for me to drop off the coach the next day and is currently in the process of handling the repair with my insurance company. During my email correspondence with Mike about my repairs, he informed me that a new coach I had ordered happened to come in. When I jokingly asked Mike: “no pictures?”, the next thing I knew I had received an email from him containing several pictures of my new RV. I had to laugh.

He has consistently gone above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer.
